Team Title

A bit of time since my last post, Dan and I have been doing a lot of research into what we are getting ourselves into. There are going to be some very long days in the saddle.

I spent hours going over the route and have come up with one that I am happy with. Google Maps and Earth make it a lot easier to plan when you can see where you might be heading. Although how much has changed since those pictures were taken will be interesting to see.

As we are teaming up we had to come up with a team name and we are going by the name "Brokebutt Mountain". Entirely apt I would think. 

As far as training is going, Dan has been competing in some local riding events to get back into cycling while I am still summoning up the courage to go out for some long rides. Last year I got on with it with only a few practice rides but this year I will be much more conditioned.
